We’re a Web site design and development firm based in Oakland, California; most of the work we do is for colleges and universities. Our services include design, strategy, information architecture and application development; we’re also the creators and developers of LiveWhale, a CMS for higher education. There are five of us in the company, and we work with two or three clients at a time. We’re approaching our tenth year in business.
Our current and past clients include Wheaton College, Middlebury College, the University of San Francisco, Duke University, Haverford College, Berkeley Law, Brown University, Lewis & Clark, Southwestern University, Kenyon, and MIT, among others. Most of our site redesigns incorporate redesign blogs; these provide a good window into our process.
